INGREDIENTS FOR PAV
All purpose flour – 2 cups
Yeast; instant – 1 tsp
Warm milk – 1 cup
Warm water – 1/2 cup
Sugar – 1 tsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Oil – 1 tbsp
Butter – 1 tbsp
METHOD FOR PAV
Mix warm water, yeast & sugar & keep it aside for 3 minutes.
In dough bowl, take all purpose flour, add salt. Then add yeast & water mixture. Knead dough by adding little milk at a time. Make sure milk is warm. Add oil too.
Keep the dough to rest for about at least 2 hours. Grease baking tray. After 2 hours, make nice balls of the dough & keep it in tray at 1 inch difference from each other. Brush it with melted butter( If u want flavoured pav then add flavours to butter like garlic powder or any other herbs then brush it). Keep it aside for about another 2 hours. You will see that ball had rise. That’s what we want
Preheat oven at 350 degrees. Once oven is ready, bake pav for about 15-20 min & in between baking again brush top with butter.
Your yummy pav are ready to eat. Eat hot or cold. 🙂
