INGREDIENTS
Poha ½ cup
Yogurt 1 cup
Oats 1 cup
Chopped vegetables(green & red pepper, onion, cabbage, broccoli, spinach & cilantro) – 1 ½ cup
ENO pouch -1
Cumin powder ½ tsp
Salt – 1 tsp
RECIPE
Soak poha in 1/2 cup yogurt & keep aside. In other bowl soak oats in warm water for 10 min. Now drain it & mix in poha Mixutre. Add salt & more yogurt. Add chopped vegetables. Add salt, ENO & cumin powder. Mix well & keep for some time & cook in appe pan without using oil & by turning sides. Healthy breakfast is ready
