Ingredients
Green split lentil(Moong dal) – 1 cup
onions – 1/2 cup chopped
Chick pea flour(Besan) – 1/3 cup
Ginger – 1 tbsp. grated
salt – to taste
red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
Chaat masala – 1 tsp
oil – to spray
Directions
Wash & then Soak lentil overnight for at least 3 hours. Drain water & make a paste of it in mixer. if needed then add water in which lentil was soaked. Once it is ground to smooth paste add chickpea flour, onions, salt, ginger, chaat masala, red chilli powder. Heat oil in a pan. Add a spoonful of mixture & cook it, Once one side is done then change the side & cook both sides & serve pancake hot or it can be packed in lunch box too.
