Banana Oatmeal Pancake

Oats – 1 cup(soaked in water for 5 min & drained)
Banana – 1
All purpose flour – 1/2 cup
Sugar – 1/4 cup
honey – 1/4 cup
Baking powder – 1 tsp
Almond milk – 1 cup
Oil/butter – make pan cakes

For Sauce
Berries – 1 cup of your choice
sugar – 1/4 cup
Apple or any other fruit – cut in small pieces

Directions for sauce
In a pan, add berries, sugar, or any other fruits cut in small pieces & cook it for about 5-7 minutes or until fruit is little softer

Directions for pan cake

Mix oats, milk, flour, baking powder, honey & sugar. Then add mashed banana.  Keep aside for about 10 min. Spray oil/butter in a pan. Once pan is warm, pour 1 full tbsp. of mixture in pan & spread it. Once that side is cooked then change the side & cook both sides. Pour prepared sauce over it. This is everyone’s favourite breakfast

Note : I used almond milk because it is rich in protein but you can use any milk of your choice
